We Don't See Things As They Are. We See Them As We Are.

Posted by Kelly Flack on Thursday, November 6, 2014, In : Techniques and Exercises

We don't see things as they are. We see them as we are <3

Meaning if you are a light hearted individual, you will see people and situations around you in a light hearted way :)

If you are a grumpy individual, you will see people and situations around you in a grumpy kind of way :)

Same world. Different perspectives.

When you consciously start making the decision to shift your perspective to a lighter feeling, your outcomes in life start to change as well.

As within, so without <3 We encourage you...

How To Get Rid Of Negative Thoughts

Posted by Kelly Flack on Thursday, May 9, 2013, In : Techniques and Exercises

I trust that your happy thoughts exercise from the other day was a huge success?

I can't talk enough of how important it is to "train your brain" away from habitual negative thoughts and toward
positive thoughts. This is the whole basis of the law of attraction.

Here is a short video clip to watch. OK, DISCLAIMER: This is just for FUN. To me, it's hilarious and I hope it "translates"

Posted by Kelly Flack on Tuesday, May 7, 2013, In : Techniques and Exercises

Lets lay some foundations for our mind. After all, you don't build a house without laying the foundations first do you?

We are creatures of habit and our habitual thinking has created the life that we are currently living. This has now been proven as a scientific fact. Yes, the consciousness revolution has certainly begun!

Today we are going to start a new habit. We will start to excercise our mind on how to practice having a happy day, every day. Humans thrive on habit and routine. For example...

Thoroughly enjoying the journey of life. I find excitement in every day. Currently reading Abraham-Hicks Law of Attraction. Have listened to the audio many times but repitition presents new A-ha moments that I am implementing with an open heart and an open mind.

Posted by Kelly Flack on Monday, June 15, 2009, In : Children

We have come a long way and continue to learn and grow every day. I get to watch my children as their minds open up a little more with every waking (and sleeping) hour of the infinite possibilities that they have within thier reach.

As you may know from "My Kids and Their Law of Attraction" Part 1, making $100k per day and owning a Limo are 2 of Shaylas wishes (my 10 year old daughter) And in comparison to my wishes of $670 per day and a purple Toyota Tarago, Shayla definately knows how to thi...

Posted by Kelly Flack on Monday, May 11, 2009, In : Children

In these busy times, when parents and children have schedules packed to the max, family closeness can fall by the wayside. Most of us have to make an effort to guarantee that work, school, sports, and chores don’t swallow up the very relationships that make those things important.

When is the last time you played or goofed around with your child? Can you remember back that far? Many parents can’t. Life has made us so serious, so focused, that we’ve lost the joy of the simple things, and...
